Why is he a dick? I thought he should remarkable patience. I mean he let the cat sit on his head!
A) He kicks the cat.
B) This situation is so ridiculous, yet all he can think about is giving this guy a ticket. He just seems like a dick.

i'm with anon on this one, man. i don't think the cop came across as a dick at all. and i usually hate cops.
